Apologies for my delay in providing feedback. My American fridge/freezer was delivered on 26/04/2018 by Sukhi & Jelly. Due to the configuration of my internal doors, it proved to be a difficult process getting the appliance into my kitchen. Sukhi advised that there may be some damage but they would do their best to keep any damage to an absolute minimum. Sukhi had a fabulous ‘can do’ attitude and was very reassuring throughout. They did manage to get my fridge/freezer into the kitchen, by going through my rear living room, out through my patio door, down the 2 steps, across to the kitchen, up the 2 steps and through my French doors, all without a single scratch anywhere! A brilliant overall service experience from those 2 hard-working men.

The American style fridge freezer could not come through the front door, as it was too wide, and therefore had to go in through the back door. Not an easy task as there was a alley, only just wide enough to get down, a slopping garden (With uneven ground at the top) and low wall to deal with.
I appreciate that most delivery people likely would have said, “No chance!”. But Dave and Tracey were undeterred and were very nice as well.

Two exceptionally nice delivery men who removed cardboard packaging and took that away. Tall fridge freezer very carefully and gently manoeuvred along a side path to the rear of the house. Clear instructions about not switching on for 6 hours. Couldn’t fault anything. Thank you
